Our Work Together
My aim is to help you reshape your path to professional satisfaction. This is the work we will do together:
1: Reflection: Your career is a reflection of what’s going on in your life. We will start here to determine where you are and how you got there, and recover your original impulses, dreams, and visions for your life.
2. Alignment: Using a process called YouMap, we will integrate your values, skills, and strengths to form a picture of your unique personality, then take a look at how your qualities have played out in your professional life.
3. Exploration: We will set about forming your mission and realigning your vision through role and industry research to help you determine a direction.
4. Direction: One you determine your new direction, we will launch your personal marketing camaign to get you there. This includes your new resume, LinkedIn profile, and other materials that can help you stand out above other candidates.
5. Your Professional Offer: The final step is to hone your interviewing skills – so you can take everything you have discovered and offer it to the employer in a compelling way.

This is your career. This is your life. It’s not about formulas and rules.
I used to offer resume-only services. But I have discovered that simply having a resume you believe is formatted “correctly” and lobbing it into an application portal is not the best way to find a satisfying job.
In fact, focusing mostly on your resume isn’t a great approach, because a resume is just “calling card” that provides a glimpse of how you can help an employer.
That’s why I offer a coaching approach through which you and I will explore what you truly have to offer employers. Because you have gifts. The question is whether you have been sharing them in a way that make a difference.
Another misconception is that there is a “formula” for getting a great job. While there are steps you can follow to help propel you to success in a formal job search, there really is not a one-size-fits-all, quick approach to getting hired.
Let’s talk. I want to find out what’s been bothering you about your current career path. If we are good fit, let’s work together to align your intentions, goals, dreams, and priorities, so you can land in that professional role that fits you, authentically, and joyfully.

Who I work with
Mid-career professionals who feel capable of more than they are delivering in their current jobs.
Recent graduates who have not found the right, satisfying fit in a job that aligns with their dreams.
Late-career individuals who are poised to share their gifts in new and exciting ways.
People who are open to self-exploration, willing to devote the time to it, and receptive to seeing themselves and their perceptions in a new light.
Who I don’t work with
Professionals who are looking only for a new resume.
People who are already satisfied with their roles, role levels, and industries.
Individuals who are not interested in investing to discover new paths.
People who want to make a change, but feel no particular urgency to follow through.
Things My Clients Have Said
“How did you know what I was thinking?”
“I know you’re not a therapist, but this homework is uncovering a lot of things!”
“I have time, and I want to spend it doing this work. It’s important.”
“My wife told me I’m a whole new person now. She said I used to be much more quiet and seemed depressed.”

HOW WILL YOU KNOW IF THIS SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
You will know after we have a conversation. When we meet for an initial consultation, I will ask you to tell me your story. Then, I will make some suggestions and explain why I think they are right for you.
If I am not the right one to provide what you need, I will refer you to someone else in the field who can help you.
I can help you in these ways:
- Achieve clarity
- Plan and execute your search
- Free you up to do necessary research and networking
I work with people who have experience in their fields but have not launched a job search for a while and have outdated materials that do not reflect what they offer employers. I help people who feel lost within the new technology and new conventions that apply to resumes, applicant tracking systems, social media, and networking.
