I have helped people just like you, including myself.
Like you, I started on a path that I believed was the “right” and practical one. But after a while, I realized I just didn’t feel congruent with what I was doing. So, I changed roles and industries when I realized that my work was just not doing it for me. I now can help you do the same thing.
One of my clients worked in the public sector. He ran his division. But he was getting tired of the slow pace at which decision makers were approving expenditures and project timelines. He was tired of watching his employees quit, because raises just weren’t happening, and the work load was getting impossible. And he knew he couldn’t change the system.
A client of mine in the film and video production industry loved her work, but she wanted to relocate. She wanted to work in a place where she could exercise her creative muscles, and not get caught in the middle between layers of approval.
Both felt lost when it came to talking about what they offered the world. They had not thought about their contributions and their true gifts for many years.
Our work together helped them clear space to see what had been missing, redefine what they truly wanted out of their professional lives, then strategically go after it.
It took a bit of time, but both landed in jobs they now love.
